1. Furniture Delivery Policy

Delivery charges for furniture orders are calculated and applied at checkout based on the delivery location.

Delivery Coverage

Zubaidas Homestore offers nationwide furniture delivery across Pakistan.

Ready-to-ship furniture is typically delivered in approximately 7-10 working days, subject to stock availability and delivery location.

Made-to-order furniture is manufactured specifically for each order and is typically delivered in approximately 30–35 working days.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Zubaidas Homestore shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to production delays, logistics disruptions, weather conditions, political unrest, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events. Such delays shall not give rise to compensation claims.

Delivery & Assembly

  • Complimentary assembly is available in cities where Zubaidas Homestore furniture stores operate.
  • For cities where no Zubaidas Homestore furniture store is present:
    • Standard delivery includes delivery only.
    • Assembly services may be available at an additional cost, subject to location and availability.

Risk of Loss

Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery of the product.

Inspection, Acceptance & Damage Reporting

Customers must inspect all furniture items upon delivery.

Any transit-related damage must:

  • Be identified at the time of delivery.
  • Be reported immediately to Zubaidas Homestore Customer Support and the delivery team.

Acceptance of delivery constitutes confirmation that the products have been received in satisfactory condition, except for latent structural defects covered under applicable warranty terms.

Claims for visible damages reported after delivery has been completed will not be entertained.

Customer Responsibilities (Measurements & Access)

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring:

  • Adequate door widths, hallways, staircases, elevators, and access routes.
  • Structural suitability of floors, walls, and access points.

Zubaidas Homestore shall not be liable for:

  • Inability to complete delivery due to access restrictions.
  • Damage resulting from restricted or inadequate access during delivery.

Where delivery proceeds despite warnings regarding access limitations, the customer assumes all associated risks.


2. Household Items Delivery Policy

(Household Items include cookware, serveware, dinnerware, kitchen appliances, cutlery, home décor, rugs, storage solutions, home essentials, and related products.)

Delivery Charges

A base delivery charge of PKR 300 applies to household item orders. Delivery charges are calculated and applied at checkout and may vary depending on the delivery location, order size, or product category.

Zubaidas Homestore delivers household items nationwide across Pakistan.

Karachi

Estimated delivery in approximately 3–5 working days.

Other Cities

Estimated delivery in approximately  5–7 working days.

Order Processing

  • Prepaids orders are processed after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Inspection & Damage Reporting

Customers are advised to inspect packages upon receipt.

In case of damaged products, missing items, or incorrect products received, customers must notify Zubaidas Homestore Customer Support at the time of delivery, along with supporting photographs where applicable.

Failure to report issues within the specified timeframe may result in the claim being declined.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and ownership of household items pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the order.

Delivery Attempts

If a customer is unavailable at the delivery address, the courier may attempt redelivery in accordance with the courier partner's policy. Additional delivery charges may apply for repeated delivery attempts.
