Furniture
- Returns or exchanges are only permitted for furniture items that are damaged during transit or delivered incorrectly.
- Any damage must be reported at the time of delivery and communicated to Zubaidas Homestore immediately.
- Zubaidas Homestore will bear the transportation cost for verified damaged or incorrect items.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Furniture items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund due to:
- Fabric, upholstery, wood finish, or leather variations.
- Foam softness or comfort preferences.
- Minor handcrafted imperfections.
- Dimensional tolerances within industry standards.
- Damage caused by customer negligence, misuse, or access restrictions during delivery.
Household Items
- Household items may be returned or exchanged only if they are received damaged, defective & incorrect.
- Customers must report such issues at the time of delivery and provide supporting photographs where required.
- Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Household items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund if:
- The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- The customer changes their mind after purchase.
- The product's packaging, accessories, or components are missing.
Zubaidas Homestore reserves the right to inspect returned products before approving any exchange or refund request.
