Orders and Payments
- Prepaids orders are processed after only payment confirmation.
- Full advance payment is required for all furniture orders.
- For household items, Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for orders up to PKR 10,000. Orders above PKR 10,000 require advance payment.
- Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer and other payment methods available at checkout. Additional payment gateways may be introduced in the future.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Cancellation Policy
· For all prepaid orders , there is absolutely no cancellations or refunds available.
· Zubaidas Homestore reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion. In such cases, any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer.
