Section 5 – Delivery, Assembly & Timelines
Furniture
• Delivery coverage: Nationwide across Pakistan.
• Ready-to-Ship furniture is typically delivered within approximately 7–10 working days, subject to stock availability and delivery location.
• Made-to-Order furniture is manufactured specifically for each order and is typically delivered within approximately 30–35 working days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.
• Delays caused by production constraints, logistics disruptions, weather conditions, political unrest, strikes, natural disasters, or other events beyond reasonable control shall not be compensable.
Assembly
• Complimentary assembly is available in cities where Zubaidas Homestore furniture stores operate.
• In cities without a Zubaidas Homestore furniture store:
- Standard service includes delivery only.
- Assembly services may be available at an additional cost, subject to location and availability.
Household Products
• Household items are delivered nationwide across Pakistan.
• Karachi: Estimated delivery within 3–5 working days.
• Other Cities: Estimated delivery within 5–7 working days.
• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout.
• Delivery timelines may vary during sales, public holidays, adverse weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer upon successful delivery of the product.
Section 6 – Inspection, Acceptance & Damage Reporting
Customers must inspect products at the time of delivery.
Furniture
Any transit-related damage must:
• Be identified at the time of delivery.
• Be reported immediately to Zubaidas Homestore Customer Support and delivery personnel.
Acceptance of delivery constitutes confirmation that products have been received in satisfactory condition, except for latent structural defects covered under applicable warranty terms.
Claims for visible damage reported after delivery completion may not be entertained.
Household Products
Customers are advised to inspect packages upon receipt.
In the event of:
• Damaged products
• Missing items
• Incorrect products
Customers must notify Zubaidas Homestore Customer Support immediately and provide supporting photographs where applicable.
Failure to report issues within the required timeframe may result in the claim being declined.
Section 7 – Returns & Refunds

Household Products
· Returns or exchanges are only permitted if products are damaged, defective or incorrectly delivered
· Returned products must unused , in original packing & include proof of purchase
· Household products are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund if used, customer changes their mind or original packaging & components are missing
Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed through the original payment method or bank transfer.
Section 8 – Customer Responsibilities (Measurements & Access)
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring:
• Adequate door widths
• Hallways and staircases
• Elevator access
• Structural suitability of access routes

Exclusions include:

• Normal wear and tear

• Commercial or non-residential use
Terms:
• Valid only for the original purchaser
• Proof of purchase is required
• Repair or replacement does not restart the warranty period

Household Items & Electronic Products
Zubaidas Homestore acts solely as a retailer for household products, appliances, electronics, cookware, serveware, décor, rugs, storage solutions, and other third-party branded products.
Any warranty, guarantee, repair, replacement, or after-sales service shall be governed solely by the respective manufacturer, importer, distributor, or brand owner.
